How Teambuilding Works

Maximum Team Rating: 50
Player Rating: 1-10

Each Player is rated 1-10 based on overall performance in matches (scouted by an official evaluator), this will influence their baseline rating of 5.
Good performances increase their score, however to limit the ability of creating a "super team". Each team's total player rating cannot go over 50 at the beginning of each season.

If before the next season's draft a team is over 50 points, players must be released into the draft pool in order to reduce the team rating... Team rating values will fluctuate according to increases in players, teams, or quality in the league
